3File Storage Policy
We Do NOT Store Your Original Files
Your privacy is our top priority. When you upload a file to InstantInsight:
- File is parsed in server memory only
- Analysis is performed immediately
- Only analysis results are saved to database
- Original file is discarded automatically
Your file never touches our storage system.
This privacy-first approach ensures your sensitive data remains under your control at all times.

Data Retention
Analysis data is automatically deleted based on your plan:
- Free Plan: 3 days
- Pro Plan: 30 days
5AI Processing Disclosure
We use OpenAI's API to analyze your data and generate insights. Here's what you should know:
- Data Sent: Only summarized, statistical data is sent to OpenAI. Raw files are not transmitted.
- Data Storage: OpenAI does not store your data for training purposes (API usage).
- Processing: Data is processed in real-time and not retained by OpenAI.
